About the House...An Appraisal Services Co. has been in business since 1993. First, under the company name Appraisal Services Co. In 2006 it was purchased by Tania Butler who partnered with Jan Nolan  to complete About the House...An Appraisal Services Co., LLC.  The name was changed for several reasons. The first was for tax reasons. The second was the original name was a little generic and we wanted to stand out a little more than before.

With over 25 combined years of experience, four certified appraisers (working on five) and a coverage area that includes several central and southern Louisiana parishes, we look forward to meeting all your appraisal needs!
